When cleaning the bathroom, I came across the following.
Some blue/green colour on the pipe and some oxidisation on the bathroom pipe that flow the water to the tap. (Flexible pipe show sign of oxidisation - do I need to be concern?)
No leaks so far.

According to initial research online, it seems that I will need a double glaze one unit as the single one will be too small.

Well when I say newbie, changing door will be a no no as I have no tool and now knowledge whatsoever!!!
So was mostly thinking sanding it and painting it so to make it look nicer and maintained it for couple of years before we change it.
