Thanks, I figured the water is colder outside. After a bit of Goggle some suggestions where to lower the input flow pressure via turning the cold water inlet valve. I have identified the aforemention valve from the manual. I guess to turn lower its clockwise like turning a tap off. Here goes...

Accourding to the Vokera web site its a combi boiler. It is a Compact SE. Check radiator values these are dry. Not sure what you mean by isolated the flow/return valves. Does this mean switch them to the off position. I cant see any wetness around the boiler area or pipes
