Hello, Light switches are being updated currently wired as image. Can someone help me understand how to replace with new switch and if the current black taped three wires, should they be left like that or is there another recommended way?

As a side question, can I do anything easy with the base of the outside wall in case bit of damp came in there?

Hello! I'm replacing an old 3 gang 2 way switch and could do with some help. I've some attached some pics of the old and the new. Two are one way and the third on the right is a two way. Any help appreciated. PS. Have I even got the right kind of new switch?
