Hi, am about to lay reclaimed mosaic parquet blocks and would appreciate some advice.I'm laying them onto a concrete floor with vinyl tiles on top, which are soundly fixed. Firstly, can i glue them straight on top of the tiles or do i need to screed or lay a plywood base onto the tiles...

regarding wrfn,thanks this is what i thought and have been told by most in the trade .I just wasnt sure about getting a fix on the battens but will proceed with battens
