The service was in Feb 24 after the major leak and then Oct 24. Before the leak the boiler wasn't doing this and also the radiators are not hot at the bottom.

Update The gas engineer came with an adapted part and it did not fit so he is coming again Wednesday with another adapted part to see if that fits. Does that mean that the part needed is potentially obsolete.
