Sorry guys i forgot to mention I have closed all rads off and upped pump speed and central heating heat to try and clear. also have fully bled system and checked, it has no more air. the cold rad is open both sides and does not have a stuck temp valve Thanks

do you have and exact error. try again and copy in exactly what its says. Try right click file select 'open with' select 'choose program' from the options select 'notepad' might help

Have bled the pump a good few times and the system has started to work after a lot of attemps and bubbling. I still have one dead radiator ground floor which refuses to heat, stone cold. Will give the chemical time to work through it.. Thanks for your help and advice...
