I know this is old but I had the same problem with my pso60fx recently so this may be of use to someone. If you remove the back panel, half way down on the right hand side is a thermal cut-out which cuts all power. That was my problem.

I have herringbone wood flooring each piece being 350mm X 75mm (12" X 2.75"). Iwish to tile my kitchen floor to match but can't locate any wood effect ceramic tiles anywhere near this size. Can anyone help? John
