    Touchup job. Pls help

Hello, I was doing a fairly simple touchup job for Dulux Brilliant White paint. I used a roller. I can still see the patches in the picture. Any advice? I used a wover or fabric roller not the foam one. Should I try with the foam roller? Thanks.

Transition from wooden floor to carpet on stairs

Hi Chris. Thanks for your advice. The flooring (engineered wood) was done before the carpets. There was not enough space under the wood to tuck the carpet in.

Transition from wooden floor to carpet on stairs

Hello All, I installed carpets on the stairs and there is wood on the flooring (ground floor) [pls see picture- the carpet is on the first step of the stairs] It doesn't look very nice and I looked for nosings but none of them serve this purpose. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

External door with a knob cylinder

It is a sturdy wooden door. It is a house. The theory (suggested by a locksmith) is that a burglar breaks in. Then takes their time getting stuff out using the door (as if he's a resident or a mover) without anybody noticing. Pls see picture.

External door with a knob cylinder

Hello. I currently have a front door with (what appears like) a Euro cylinder with thumb turn knob (picture attached) I understood, after doing some research, that this kind of lock is not very secure, as a burglar may be able to open it from inside (if they sneak in somehow) My question I how...
