    Very weak windscreen washers.

Empty the water tank, fill with half litre of white wine vinegar and 1.5 litre distilled water. Use washers every time you get the car out and within a few days everything will work again.

    And another one..

Why are we wasting time and money on a trial for these 2 scumbags? The CCTV speak for themselves, no need for a trial. Self defence they're claiming?!?! The poor souls were doing absolutely nothing wrong when accidentally a police officer smashed her nose against one of their fists. So they felt...

    And another one..

Typical cockney name. I would throw them in jail for good with the most violent prisoners. Let's see how long they last.

    Multiple Joints

That's heartbreaking! Unfortunately it happens, especially with some hardwood like iroko. If the table is staying in that room, I would find a piece of same wood (hopefully you kept the leftovers), choose a similar grain direction and cut a wedge. Then you're skilled to shape that crack, glue it...

how much do you think this building would cost to put right?

It all depends what sort of shythole people like to drink in down there. A new cheap carpet without underlay would serve well some people. I broke the main fuse seal

When I had a new consumer unit fitted, my electrician broke the seal on the main fuse and pulled it out. When he finished he called the supplier and told them. They sent someone around to replace the seal. They didn't ask any questions to the electrician or myself.

Victorian plumbing will refer you to the manufacturer. Write to them directly. My grohe taps have 5 years warranty.

    Boxing in boiler pipes

Should've gone up to the cabinet and left a few mm gap to easily remove it if needed. I've always used magnets to hold the box in place.

High pitched sound that rises and falls for hours on end.

Someone practicing a single note on a flute next door?

Basin mixer tap handle hard to operate

Check if it's still under warranty. One of my grohe taps developed the same problem and they changed the cartridge free of charge.

    Happy Easter everyone

You've never been to a church. Cathedrals have lots of space around seats so a 2000 seat could easily get benches for another 1000. Small churches utilise all space available and, as said a small 10x30m church can accommodate 800 comfortable seats. Lots of churches broadcast on YouTube nowadays...
