    Atag A325ecx fan error!

That's for sure. I'm 51, grew up in a terrace house with a coal fire in the living room, that was it. Teenage daughters though, don't know they're born!

Next day is fine. I'm talking contacting them on Tuesday morning after the boiler failed on Monday evening and it will hopefully be repaired on Thursday afternoon.

    Atag A325ecx fan error!

Ok bit of an update. Called Atag yesterday morning(or the company that looks after the A series warranties now). The soonest they can get someone here with a fan is Thursday afternoon! They didn't give me this information until 4 pm. Local Part Centre can get the fan next day, which is still...

    Atag A325ecx fan error!

Yeah I'll do that in the morning. Atag state full service at 4 years, visual inspection has been carried out by the approved installer annually as stated by Atag. So warranty valid. I was just looking for a solution so the Mrs can get off to work happy in the morning:cool:. Thanks for the input...

    Atag A325ecx fan error!

Hi, would be grateful if you can help on this one. We had this boiler installed 3 and a half years ago, no issues with it until today. Error code c1 29, fan. I'm thinking of training.....

Around 40k net, Fireman, any more would be great. That said I hear of gas men on 80-90k and to be honest most of the ones I get in are vat registered. I don't want to be away from home all hours though.

    I'm thinking of training.....

I have worked with gas engineers, installed boilers, fault finding, replacing heat exchangers, sensors and bits. Converted primatic tanked single pipe system into twin pipe in my own house and fit Atag combi, gas engineer just came and connected and commissioned it. So know a bit about the job...

Ok Dan, what's the best thing to do in your opinion? Is gas the way? I can choose another trade, spark?

    I'm thinking of training.....

Gas training? Hi, I've been self-employed for the past 12 years or so fitting bathrooms/kitchens with the relevant plumbing tiling building work involved, also worked on central heating systems, moving and replacing rads, filters etc. Plus lots of other "odd jobs" for customers. Now i'm thinking...

Getting a neutral to a switch.....

Great thanks, yes it is 2 twin and earth (4 red cables + 2 earth, so no issue with the colours). To clarify...this spare would become the neutral?
