Hi everyone, Just got a sideboard and it needs a little refresh, and there is one spot which looks like has gone back to wood, or faded a little too much. Its solid oak so what is the best way to restore this, aslong as it looks the same all over i'll be happy Pics are below...

Hi guys we have to normal size rooms 3.5x3.5 (x2) that have artex on them, we would like flat celings. So would it be better to skim them, or platerboard them skim them? We have very high celings so can get away with losing 1" or so. Any advice would be great

Thanks Have now managed to get the cable back to the landing switch just a few holes in the wall now Got the cable coming tomorrow so will get it all sorted tomorrow. And Regarding JB Should i crimp cable using butt ends and then put them in a chocblock?
