What size hole for running pipework in studwork

Hi guys,

Need to run a couple of pipes in studwork.

Do you do the holes as tight as possible or a little loose?

So would 16mm drill bit be ok?

And when you get to the elbow joint do you also support this

make them larger otherwise the pipe will bind when you try to thread it through

18mm for 15mm pipe, 25mm for 22mm pipe and 32mm for 28mm pipe is what we tend to use
