Hi, I have disconnected the keypad and still error. I was going to have a go at it again Friday. I agree sounds like it must be stuck but no idea how to get out of it Thank you for your response Suggy

Dear All, I have been using my system for a few months with no issues I added an extra keypad and the games began..... I am basically unable to get out of engineer mode as there is a code X21: Doesnt matter what button I press cant change Any ideas please I have searched google, manuals...
