sorry to be a bit thick....but ...when you state "services should be capable of supplying"...what exactly do you mean?.do you mean for eg british gas can supply - for no charge ?... i dont want to pay to buy own meter "off our own back" (eg from BES) as i believe once we pay contractor to supply...
change from £5000? just for a meter...i understand may need load upgrading too> is there a set price for meters?..it is under 20m from meter to pavement
hi
we are taking over a new business. it currently has a u6 meter, and we have esablished it needs a u16. question is do we have to pay for this upgrade?
thanks.
right then - its straight up over 3 courses of bricks thru the mortice of brick one and three and straight thru the brick at level 2.
does that make sense? -
it is approx 1 inch wide.
single storey extension. 24 foot long x 8 foot wide. sloping roof.
above the door is 4 rows (in height) of bricks - at row 2 there is a crack right through a brick and up the joint line (with me so far?....) the gap in the brick approx 1-2 cm wide - i know its a wide question but what cud have...
i wish to widen a door frame and make it an opening. from 70cm to approx 170 - 180cm, making a lounge into a open plan lounge / kitchen.
do i need regs or would a qualified builder be able to self certify?
thanks in advance
i have an idea :) - if a hood isnt possible - what about any form of extraction i.e fan on external wall..which would be located approx 10 feet from cooking area.
1) qualified electrian will beused and issue a cert
2) drainage is only 3 feet from exisiting into sewer
3) ventilation./extraction is my main worry - as the hob would be on an internal wall, so couldnt extract externally. can i use a recirculator hood? do i have to have extraction of kitchen...
