Hi, Thank you for answering. This is a picture of what I think you are asking for. I would not be surprised if one of them is broken? I am not really sure how they work.

I have a previously excellent Worcester Bosch and Megaflow system controlled by an RWB 9. Recently, the hot water has stopped working properly and I can now only get running hot water when not only HW is on but CH too. No hot water is being stored. Does this problem ring any bells for anyone...
