RWB9 Megaflow hot water problem

I have a previously excellent Worcester Bosch and Megaflow system controlled by an RWB 9. Recently, the hot water has stopped working properly and I can now only get running hot water when not only HW is on but CH too. No hot water is being stored.
Does this problem ring any bells for anyone please?

Probably the hot water zone valve stuck open but not switching the boiler on, can you post a pic of controls/zone valves ?

This is a picture of what I think you are asking for. I would not be surprised if one of them is broken? I am not really sure how they work.
