Hello, had this tap about 2 years and its started leaking. I seem to remember something about ceramic washers and itll never leak(!). Do I have to change the whole cartridge or does it actually have a washer that can be changed? thanks.

Yes, exactly that, water doesnt rise more than couple of inches. So I'll see what I can find in the flush mechanism, or get a new one. Cheers

Hi, I have an ideal standard cistern that won't stop flushing. In order to get the float to float I have to fill the cistern with water - otherwise it just keeps running with a little water in the bottom. I've attached a photo of the delightful object that is the centre of my attention right...
