There is power to the DHW pump but not the CH circulating pump.

my dad has changed the flow switch and has now discovered that there is no power going to the CH circulating pump. any ideas why this is? thanks.

The DHW heats up and the pump works. my dad had the CH pump out and it works and he put it back but the pump doesn't seem to energize. any ideas why this is? the boiler lights up and heats the water and cuts out after about 30mins. thanks katie.

my dad only checked the one pump. that was perfectly clear so he took it that the other pump would be too.

my dad said he hasn't checked the voltage @ pump terminals so he'll do that, thanks. he's wondering if it could possibly be a problem with the sika flow switch? if so how could it be fixed?

my dad has checked the pump and he said that the impeller does spin freely. it must be an electrical fault. how could this be fixed? :)
