    Moving toilet on concrete floor

Thanks Hugh, that’s a great help. I’ve dug out a channel for the basin to be connected to the drain, can I use a strap boss fitting for this?

Replace tap washer - no isolation valve

Hi I need to replace the washer in my kitchen tap (hot) but there is no isolation valve, any advice on how to do this without draining system? My house is 4 years old and has no water tank in the loft. There is a tank in cupboard upstairs (pic) and boiler is downstairs in utility. Cheers
