cheers for the reply. when you say blocked supply hoses do you mean the flex pipes at the rear. if so is it an easy fix which I can do with very limited knowledge or would it be a case of having to get somebody in to do it. cheers

as you can probably guess I am learning as I go with this one. the box was damaged for the wiring around the cylinder. he has replaced this with a new box and had to wire it in. not certain if he had to make any changes to the electrics but could wiring it back in cause the reverse polarity...
