I will get photos shortly and carry out the bucket exercise later this morning. The 15mm pipe is white plastic and they fed it under the garage floor through an existing duct. We have 2 power showers which come off the same pump. Thanks

Thanks Andy, but Dynoplumb revisited and said they had checked the CWST and then said the tank was too small, which had worked for the last 10 years with no problems.....

Following a leak, Dynoplumb visited our house and replaced the metal mains service water pipe to our house with a new blue plastic pipe (25mm) from the road to the front of the garage, then reduced this sized pipe to 15mm - approx. 9m under the garage before connecting to the internal stop...
