There is a noise when our Ferroli boiler is switched on which sounds like a regular bump, a bit like a heartbeat? The boiler is booked in for a service next week, but in the meantime, is it safe to use/or will it cause damage?

Thanks for your reply. Whilst waiting for a response, we have cut into the wall and baton/plinth, making space for one pipe to slide through the cavity. There are a couple of holes to seal up, but no other choice really. Thanks anyway

Having removed the radiator, we have found that both pipes extrude from the same hole. We had intended to lengthen one pipe for fitting the towel heated towel rail..problem is there is a vertical plinth from top to bottom inside the cavity wall. Any suggestions without pulling most of the...
