Having removed the radiator, we have found that both pipes extrude from the same hole. We had intended to lengthen one pipe for fitting the towel heated towel rail..problem is there is a vertical plinth from top to bottom inside the cavity wall.
Any suggestions without pulling most of the wall off?

Bit difficult to imagine what you mean without a picture.

However (first guess) - you could trim both pipes back and use compression elbows here, to partially hide the existing pipes at this exit point in the wall, and then use chrome pipes to connect to the towel radiator with more compression fittings.

But a photo would definitely help ;)

Thanks for your reply. Whilst waiting for a response, we have cut into the wall and baton/plinth, making space for one pipe to slide through the cavity. There are a couple of holes to seal up, but no other choice really. Thanks anyway
