Thank you stem, all working like a clockwork. Existing room stat was the problem, joining two cables together solve the problem. Also thank you for the H&S advice.
I have a hot air heating system with a Honeywell two wire room stat, I want to replace it with Hive active. EP4002 wiring as below. Can someone please help me to connect Hive Single receiver. Thank you in advance.
