The fan has a separate isolator, that's just a normal light switch, didn't know if they split the switches for regs or just to make it obvious it's for a separate room.

Just wondering if there's anything in the regs stopping you putting two separate switches on one outlet (with individual switches for each). For example combing these on a 3 gang:
