    Newel Post removal

Well, after a google I think I found the answer from AWBCM - it is a no  so my next problem - what to do? They are sectional newel posts as well so are already hollowed out as I thought about making the Fusion Newel there a bit longer and trimming the bolt to length taking account of...

    Alpha CB50 - Help - before I take a hammer to it!!!

Hi Tony, we have had a whole list of issues with the boiler - the worst (as such - dec 27th - subzero in the daytime - it was personally bad even though it was a frozen overflow pipe). I go away a lot for work - both in the UK and abroad, and my wife is as technical as a rock and has no...

Alpha CD28C/Premier Pack and Gas Saver?

i have had nothing but problems with an Alpha CB50 - but if I hadn't and seen the post above by Alphaman - that would smack me as a bit of desperatism on somebodies behalf (sales down on his targets etc) and would put me right off. By the way - our Alpha was fitted by the builder Lawrenso

Please help with my central heating system.

I think that is your answer - I bet if you look on your bill your are being charged metric - (MI or M(cubed ie to the power of 3)), They have swapped you over to Metric billing without changing the meter. Go to an imperial->metric converter on the web and compare what a foot cubed is compared...
