Words are definitely 'expiry date'. EDIT: even the gas itself has expiry on the bottom.

Anyone else considering this, check out Varilights vPro range of switches. They provide 'switch only' modules so OP could have got a 3-gang pre-made dimmer plate and swapped out 2 of the dimmer modules with switch only modules. I just think it looks much nicer vs. having 2 separate switch...
