So am I right to assume, the collet cover can be pried off with a flat head, then unclip the collet clip, then push the outer ring inwards and pull the pipe out?
Not this specific one, but elsewhere in the house there was a similar one that leaked last year, plumber fixed that issue. You're probably going to advise me to leave it alone. Whilst I have the ceiling cut, I thought I would upgrade the fittings to new one, for the sake of it.
So I'm going to renew it with a JG speedfit elbow, but I don't want to mess about with it and get stuck trying to take it off and cause damage and not be able to turn the water back on!
