So you think it could be mould? It seems to scrape off in a powdery way If it is mould do you think cleaning it off will be enough or is there a possibility it might need replastering? Appreciate your realresponse

Hi guys. I've just stripped the wallpaper in our 100 yr old semi and the plaster underneath on some walls has this green stuff. Do you think its some kind of old glue or could it be a green mould I need to deal with?
