i've never used my central heating and it turns out my water was using the immersion heater. i only found out there was a problem when someone was fixing my cooker. i dont need heat but i have someone moving in with a newborn baby and they apparently dont like to be freezing but i have no money...

no idea, just bought the house last year. cant understand why upstairs works and downstairs doesnt!

my pipes go into a cupboard upsairs but there is nothing like that visible or by the fire itself

the boiler i behind the fire but i dont recall seeing one when it was serviced

i really have never done diy in my life. whats the pump? anyway, for some reason all the upstairs ones are working now but none of the downstairs ones. i know i'm totally clueless but have never needed to know anything except how to bleed a radiator before!

its a back boiler - i wouldnt where to look for more info on it. the valve has peglers and belmont written on it. i cant understand why one radiator works and the rest dont. the hot water is working and the boiler is on

Hi, i was told a while ago that there was a problem with my boiler. i had it serviced and i still have no heating. one radiator works but the other 5 dont. i've bled them and read advice about it being a TRV. dont know how to tell if its a TRV but tried using a hammer - i have no skills at diy...
