ok i'll relook at it sunday, and hope that works,it just looks wrong while in my hand!!!

tried that,doitall,cant figure out how far to cut box back,it show it flush to tile surface,but then flush button plate dont go in to it as it shows!!!!

try wshing chuck out by spraying wd40 to thin grease out

try local sign maker for a off cut,or get garage or body shop to lightly sand blast back of it.

i see i electric tile cutter called "d cutter" any one tried them,and are they any good???
