I’m looking to build a front porch but outside the double doors is the gas meter which is in the ground. If I was able to build a timber framed porch with access hatch in the floor to this is that acceptable or not? Or would the gas meter have to be moved?

and where would the 2 wires to the boiler go from mate into the new smart thermostat? brown which is in live would go to 1 and blue would go to 2 on the smart thermostat?
I have a moes smart meter wanting to put it on to ideal boiler.
I only have 2 wires to the theromstat.
The back of the smart meter I'm guessing needs a 240v power supply? Would I spur off the fused connection for the boiler?
It’s already got a sealed cover on it inside the conservatory. The property had planning for a 2 bedroom bungalow to be built in the garden. It’s not going to be close to a neighbour. It is a shared line between three bungalows.
The conservatory was built over a man hole by the looks of it. And has a damp course and bricks 1/3 of the way up.
What we wanted to do was very similar to the SIP style construction with osb and insulation with osb the other side. Flat roof. And timber cladding on the outside with weather...
Hi, need some advice really, we have a conservatory to which we would like to take down and build a timber extension, would it require planning or would it come under a tempary building as such, would it need footings a meter deep or concrete slab for it to sit on.? Any help is greatly accepted
