I need to make a very shallow larder on casters.
Dimensions 30(wide) x 200 (tall) x 35 (deep).
I cannot fins one this shallow anywhere.
Does anyone know where i can find or custom make one?

about the undercoating what would you recommend? i will not be doing the lacquering myself but i will need to prep it. do i apply this before or after the sealant?
to seal i was planning on using rustin's water based mdf sealand (is this better than the pva solution?)

i am sticking sheets of moisture resistant mdf together. i plan on gluing (polyurethane glue) then sanding with a high grit paper (silicon carbide, 500 grit).
it needs to be prepared for lacquering and so the join needs to be as smooth as possible.
does this sound like a good preparation...

I need to finish MDF with a high gloss finish (ie car paint).
I have been told that about 6 months after it is painted it has a tendency to move slightly due to pre-existing internal moisture content (even if moisture sealed) which will mean the high gloss finish will look mottled.

curves wont be too tight and only some will be repetitive but any suggestions for making a bandsaw jig would be really helpful - were you going to suggest a spindle moulder for this or got any other clever ideas?

i need to do be cutting angled curve shapes in 25 & 50 mm MDF
what are the best tools for the job? powerful jigsaw? bandsaw? what blades and power ratings will do the job most easily??
