Many thanks for your help Orchard 222 your right about the door and brand. Can you tell me if there is a plate behind the hinges which attach to the frame ? I'm a bit concerned that if there is the plate could drop behind the frame when the screws are undone ?

The frame is on the left and door on the right. Does anyone know how to adjust the hinges on the door. I.e what screw does what ?

Many thanks for your reply. Would there be a plate behind the door frame which the hinge screws go in too ? Just asking incase the plate could come loose and fall behind frame ? Or would the screws just go into the frame ?

I need to remove my front door off the hinges or frame to take delivery of a new sofa. I have no idea how to do this and need some advice please. I have attached a picture of one of the hinges, Its a Yale composite door. Can someone help.
