Hi guys, I have quite a bad draft which I am 99% sure is coming from the gap between the french doors and the concrete floor (see picture attached) Could I resolve this by using a bathroom silicone to seal the whole gap? are there any other better methods to resolve this? Thanks.

Agreed and semi confirmed as penetration damp via the door, hence needing a replacement. I am going to create a new thread in regards to this soon.

Hi guys, What is the best way to fill in this hairline crack in the grout? silicon or filling with some extra grout? The crack is only on the one tile at the very top of the shower. Thanks

Thanks for the advice. So I am good to seal up the outside gaps as they have been like for years no doubt? Regarding the inside my only concern with using silcon is that I wont be able to paint it as the crack runs through the wooded part of the frame (although nearest to the window)
