so from description you deffinately think clock has failed.

just a bog standard thermostat digistat RF this seems to be working fine ie calls boiler on off due to temp. Problem is clock cant even here it ticking inside usually can with mechanical clocks. Think this is problem though.

Sorry to clarify it is mechanical timer / switch that fits to front of boiler. The on/off/clock function works and if i turn it by hand it goes on/off when set to do so however the clock simply wont turn.

RF system seems to be working fine, boiler works fine, just clock does not move set at 2 pm and never moves. power should surely supply clock with no effect from rf

Fit a twin pump, can be picked up from screwfix 1.5bar ample enough. If you can fit it low down ie at foot of hot water tank normal will do, however if it needs to go in loft will prob need negative head. pumpwise site is very good for determining type of system. Salamander recommended fitted...

Hi all Recently installed an ecotec boil 830, and to my dismay the plug in timer has stopped working today :( The system has a rf system installed so could this be affecting it any suggestions greatly appreciated system is only 6 months old
