On 2nd thoughts spur from junction box and wire fan set up in that creating a new switched live and new cable down to switch. Using 3 core and earth for live sw/live and neutral.

No neutrals in switch just looked

They do ones which work without a neutral now, comes with some resistor, never heard of alexa smart bulbs though
