3 gang smart switch for bathroom light/extractor

Hi could someone advise how this needs wiring up? Currently have a single switch which turns on light and extractor at same time with overrun timer fan. No fan isolator fitted. Could I wire in a isolator in loft if needed and use a zoenova smart switch 3 gang(neutral required). And use fan separately?
Only 1 cable to switch however it's a studded wall and access to junction box ect in loft so able run new cables if needed

Likely all the connections are at the light fitting so you will have to alter that and run another cable from there to the switch for the additional fan wiring plus the neutral.
There is no need to fit an isolator.

Then:
Line(live) to L
Neutral to N
Switched Line to light to L1
Switched Line to fan to L2 plus rearrange the existing connection to fan at the light.

Hi sorry been away... So should I run a 3core and earth to replace cable to switch already, adding a neutral. Same for the fan? Using same switch wiring setup in junction box?

On 2nd thoughts spur from junction box and wire fan set up in that creating a new switched live and new cable down to switch. Using 3 core and earth for live sw/live and neutral.
