Hi I have had a trench dug for some footings for an orangery im having built, my existing hous footings have been exposed at 1meter deep, should the new footings be tied into the existing footing with rebar?

Hi All I have submitted plans for an extension which i have drawn myself on AutoCad, I have had working drawings mentioned to me a time or two (not by planning), what are they, are the plans not the same? Does anyone have a sample i could look at. Best Regards Malcoa

Hi 2 of my radiators are getting hot through the return pipe when the water in the hot water cylinder is being heated, i have a conventional system with 2 tanks in the attic (1 cold water storage & 1 feed and expansion)and 2 motorised valves (1 for heating & 1 for hot water) in the airing...
