Keypad didn't respond on address #1. Changed to address #2 via DIP switches - fully working Door contact swapped out with a new (more robust one) Powered the system back up and reset using the keypad button to factory settings. Now all working as expected

Ribbon cable has been fully reseated to check the connection I can't press any buttons on the keypad when the system starts as it does not respond. I have an engineer coming to take a look tomorrow and will post my results here in case others get similar issues

No, the entire panel does not respond to any key presses other than the reset key. Which, when pressed will emit a low beep once and that's it.

Is it possible that the system has come straight into walk test mode upon power up? The reason i say that is the beeps that are random between 1 and 5 now. I noticed this as i walked past the IR sensor on Zone 2 that it beeped 2 times. Then zone 5 (upstairs) and it beeped 5 times

I have unwired Zone 1 at the panel and used a bypass pin like this - We still have the same 1-4 random beeps and zone 1 lit up on the keypad and its still locked out from any further input

The battery is showing 13.01V when disconnected and 13.46V when connected to the system With just the mains powered we get the random 1-4 beeps as above No difference with the T and R connections swapped around I'm afraid

Default - Address 1 DIP1 - N/A DIP2 - OFF DIP3 - OFF DIP4 - OFF There is only this one keypad also (if that helps!) Thanks
