Thanks again. Yes, I have seen that; but as I said earlier; I do not want any additional devices; I also don't want to connect to the boiler controller via RF; and it is additional expense which I don't want to incur. I am looking at the Heatmiser-B as being more suitable. Regards

Thankyou Ian. I will return the SQ610RF and buy a programmable Digital Thermostat which is a straight swap for the basic analogue one.

Can I use a SQ610RF Salus Quantum thermostat without any other device to control a boiler? When I switch it on it tries to communicate with other devices; and I cannot open the menu for other options. I just want to use it to replace an analogue thermostat. I do not want to buy a Gateway. If I...
