Hi, Thanks for the reply. I thought they dont have to be 1m away from the boundary if they are 15 sq/m or less? I would prefer the 30 sq/m and do the shed as 1 big one but couldnt get it to be 1m away from the fence as that would look daft in the garden i think. Wood isnt non combustible , but...

Just to add , the neighbours are all nice so dont think I would have any issues anyway. Also there is a mixture of tall hedges and 6ft fence panels all around the garden. The sheds would both be 7ft high at the front and 6ft high at the back in a pent design. and would be approximately 1ft away...
