Thank you for the reply. There is a thermostat strapped to the hot water tank. There is an electro mechanical timer connected to the boiler. That's all I can think of. Thanks

I hope someone can help. I have a tenant that has a central heating/hot water system with one of these three port valves with the sd2701 actuators. After the power has been off, this ceases to work, she still gets central heating but no hot water. Now she did have a central heating guy out...
