A long dead thread but in case anyone else finds there way here because they are looking for info on a Bristan shower mixer (as I did) then you should know that I, like the OP, couldn't find any info at all and ended up ditching the mixer and buying a new one.

Yes, I did check the fuse and for 240v both to the board and from it and all was OK. This is what surprised me in that all the lights on the board were extinguished and yet it was powered.

Yes it is a Suprima HE80.
There were no LEDs lit up at all so I assumed the PCB (after checking that it had power to it).
I bought a new PCB and it was exactly the same.
Bizzarly, the lights came on if I disconnected only the plug that led to the fan. I pulled the cover off and disconnected...

Well, if the first engineer that I'd called had been any good, he might have pointed out that by not servicing the boiler at 12 months I had allowed the sediment to become an issue, then I might have held my hands up and said "It's a fair cop".

Temp sensor once.
Inlet/exhaust tube twice
Inlet/exhaust elbow once
The problems started with a failed fan PCB so I replaced it.
