I have a Bosch sms63m22gb dishwasher. The heatpump has fried so I am trying to get access to it by removing the side panel. I don't know how to safely remove the control board to get access inside. There's hardly any room Any ideas? Thanks

Possibly a silly question but how do most people reach high points in the loft. My extractor fan ducting has fallen from where the vent is on the roof. Will get ducting but need to reach out safely. My loft isn't boarded just your standard 40/60 cm joints apart

I replaced just the microswitch. I plugged the L/N of the motor into a test block and the motor was working fine turned into fully open position, which further pointed to the switch. After opening, pressing and depressing the switch wasn't completing the circuit.

In my house once the day begins, we spend most of our time downstairs so it makes sense. The cost benefit as it stands, I cannot justify replacing it all with smart TRV. Only need upstairs closer to night time.

Ok thanks guys, I will get the Mrs to empty the entire cupboard to have a look. JW video helped to understand what a micro switch was. Maybe the plastic bit has just snapped off and I can just get a replacement. Is there a good supplier for these things?
