Repairing hairline crack on casting for a pressure washer

Hi, I have a electric pressure washer (Vax). I have a crack asking the outlet thread.

I don't want to throw it all away. Is there someway I could repair this it's had very minimal use.

Sadly, no.....sometimes these pumps are in two halves ( Comet ones) and the fractured half can be bought separately. These castings have a heavy zinc content and the fracture is caused by not resting the machine for a while before using it again.
Ebay could be your friend here, I guess.
