Thank you, that's certainly interesting. The survey is incredibly long and there are many things that are highlighted as possible things to consider. I'm only reviewing those that I personally would clarify as high risk. I will definitely do a bit more research thank you.

Thank you all so much for the advise. I have reviewed the legal pack and unfortunately all it includes is the EPC, so I'm unsure where that puts me but potentially doing a bit more research.
