Nope it goes cold after 1/2 hrs even though the rest of the rads are still on. The towel rad is in the downstairs bathroom. My hot water tank is in my bedroom hope that helps
towel rad didnt come with any instructions for plumbing in only fitting to wall :( . The valves are open but I am not sure which side feeds the rad??? But the rad and surrounding pipes are getting red hot when the rad is being blead
Yes there was sorry should have said there was a very small 400x400 rad there working perfectly. Just it was rusty in places hence the change. The new rad is slighty bigger 700x400 whould that be a problem?
Hi there I have been having a few probs with my new towel rad. :( So far I have tried bleading the rads in my house, balancing the rads and leaving on just the problem rad in the bathroom. Which still only heats up when it is bleading???. Thanks in advance for any tips or advice
yeah the valves are both open they are not trvs. But they are new valves that I bought with the towel rad. At the mo I have just bled the rest of the rads got some more air out of the system ( I am really hoping its just a airlock) turning heating off now then going to restart it see if it will...
I have bled the rads when system is off is that the right thing to do? will try turning off the other rads now and leave on the ploblem one. Also the rad I replaced only gets hot when I blead it????
thanks for your input
