Thank you both. I've tried turning all the working ones off and leaving open only the three which are faulty. Then have tried turning all off and leaving just one open but it's not changed since last 5 minutes. All the valves shown in this watermark cupboard on 2nd floor are open...

Hi all, please could you advise. It's a townhouse wirh heat only boiler and a water tank. Three Rads on on ground front wall, one on 1st floor at back wall and 3rd one on 2nd floor at back wall. (Differnt places and locations). Out of 14 Rads, these three are not heating up, pipes are cold too...
