I tried this, it will show on the wiser the heating light is on but won't fire the boiler I can't get around what it could be

I have connected it and the DW is working on the app, I've left the thermostat downstairs on and on the DW it shows the heating is on but the boiler is not firing. Do I need to disconnect the thermostat. This is the picture of the thermostat

So I bought the Drayton wiser kit 2, but I don't need to use the hot water channel. Which wire would I put into the Drayton wiser
